The present paper aims to analyze the possibility of an existing conflict between rules in the Brazilian judicial system. The conflict that may exist between the principle of the natural judge of the process and the principles of the reasonable length of proceedings and the procedural agility. The reasonable length of proceedings and the procedural agility are represented in this paper by the work done by judicial task forces throughout the country. To achieve the proposed goal in the present paper there were realized jurisprudential researches in the Brazilian Superior Courts, STF and STJ. Key words such as Natural Judge and Task Force were used in the research. The research was able to find a uniformity regarding the decisions taken by the Superior Courts, which appointed to a non existing conflict between the rules studied in this paper.
