A THEORETICAL AND CONCEPTUAL OVERVIEW ON QUALITATIVE RESEARCH: TYPES, TECHNIQUES AND FEATURES

Abstract

This paper aims to make a theoretical and conceptual overview on qualitative research. as a line of research in which applied linguistics falls, we describe this methodology in order to trace and its main technical characteristics and to provide two types of research in this area, discussing not only its importance but also their contributions in studies that involving the educational environment.
