APPLICATION OF MEDIATION IN THE PROCESS OF CROSS-CULTURAL INTEGRATION AND DE-ESCALATION OF CONFLICTS IN THE NORTH CAUCASUS FEDERAL DISTRICT

Abstract

In this article showed the urgency of using of mediation as a modern, efficient method of conflict resolution which contribute to reduction the conflict tension, integration and stabilization of the regional society. Analyzed the preconditions of mediation in conflict management in the North Caucasus, examines the potential and the ability of using procedure of mediation in cross-cultural integration and de-escalation of conflicts in multiethnic region.
