The reality of applying the dimensions of human relations in the Algerian public economic firms

Abstract

The study aimed at discovering the reality of the application of human relations dimensions in the Algerian public economic Firms. We conducted an empirical study in "Matahin Sidi Argis " in -Oum el-Bouaghi province Algeria. A descriptive approach was used in the study based on a questionnaire as a tool, the questionnaire was applied on a sample of 40 workers. After statistical treatment we reached a number of results, the most important are: -The firm didn’t apply the construct of flexible authoritarian practices significantly. -The firm didn’t apply the construct of organizational communication significantly . - The firm didn’t apply the construct of cooperation significantly. - The firm didn’t apply the construct of workers moral needs satisfaction significantly.
