Nirat Phai: Looking at the Gambling Society in the Era of Nation Building

The objective of this research was to study the perspectives of people in society towards gambling, in the era of nation building (Rama 6) from the novel Nirat Phai by Mr. Charoen. The results of the study found that Niraspai has content about persuading people in society to stop gambling by proceeding through the traditions of Nirat. It shows the penalties and dangers of gambling and conflict between people and the state. Chinese behavior and gambling and the ideology of nation building. There is also a mockery of Nirat by adopting a card name instead of her beloved lady, to make people see the importance of national development and building a nation to be unified.
