The serious consequences on the educational process of problems within the school community (excessive time spent in managing the classroom, lack of communication, school absenteeism, teachers’ uneasiness) call for an urgent intervention. The present article focuses on the study of the efficiency of a model of intervention aimed at improving the social climate among a group of students. The characteristics of the study, especially the limited sample allows us to simply state that the classroom atmosphere undergoes positive changes in certain aspects, but the results could not be confirmed by the inferential analysis. Nevertheless, interesting conclusions have been drawn from the study.
