In the article analyzed the basic features of the transformation of the political landscape of Europe: the consequences of brexit, the exit of USA from the nuclear agreement with Iran, the escalation of the trade war between the USA and EU, the formation of the populist government in Italy, the split in EU on the questions of the regulation of the immigrants etc. The author stated that all these features are the symptoms of the ongoing transformation of the structure of the collective West. The accent on pragmatism in the decision making on legal and uncontrolled immigration or the improving of the relations with Russia also in «new populism» are the most responsible and perspective for the stabilization in Europe. The current situation backs the thesis on the polycentric model in the international relations. The possibilities of the foreign policy of Russia expand on Western and EU tracks. High importance in that situation acquire the state of the integration projects of Russia on the post-soviet space, in the first hand the Union State of the Russia and Belarus and the Eurasian economic union
