The paper proposes a conceptual model of human-machine collaborative decision support in which humans and software agents use collaboration patterns to achieve goals of decision-making process steps. An analysis of collaboration patterns identified in multiple domains is provided and a pattern classification is offered. A sample scenario for collaborative decision support is proposed. The scenario illustrates a possible functionality of a collaborative decision support system implemented according to the conceptual model developed.
