PROBLEMS OF RATIONAL CHOICE OF MEDICINAL PREPARATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION
Abstract
The review is devoted to the rational choice of drugs for patients with myocardial infarction after discharge from the hospital. The prognosis of life in patients after myocardial infarction can be improved by prescribing a number of drugs, which include beta-blockers (BB), angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, antiplatelet agents and statins. The significance of the use of these drugs for the secondary prevention of myocardial infarction among the population is shown.
