Wydatki na turystykę zorganizowaną polskich gospodarstw domowych w latach 2005-2015

Abstract

The aim of the study is to get to know regularities in the matter of forming the household expenditures on group tourism. In the study an attempt to identify socio-economic factors influencing group tourism has been undertaken. The level of expenditure on group tourism and its share in the structure of expenditure on culture and recreation were presented. For the analysis, numerical data on individual households from a budget survey conducted in the years 2005-2015 by the Central Statistical Office of Poland have been used. The econometric modelling has shown that good financial situation, living in a big city and higher education of the household head are some of socio-economic characteristics of households favoring participation in group tourism
