СРАВНИТЕЛЬНАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНОГО СОСТОЯНИЯ КИШЕЧНИКА ПРИ ПЕРВИЧНОЙ И ВТОРИЧНОЙ ГИПОЛАКТАЗИИ

Abstract

Amond patients with enteral lactase insuffiency primary one was revealed in 28,0% of cases, secondary one — in 72,0% of cases. Consecutive application of loading tests with glucose, sucrose and starch allows to reveal features of infringement in digestive and resorbtive processes at primary and secondary lactase insufficiency. At all patients has been revealed qualitative and quantitative disturbance of intestinal microflora. In both groups patients with accelerated passage of barium on small gut and insufficiency of ileocecal valve prevailed.
