Vincristine; many malignancies such as lymphoma and leukemia are highly specific vinka alkaloids for the cell cycle frequently used in the chemotherapy protocol. The differential diagnosis of drug-induced neuropathy should be made absolutely. Vincristine neurotoxicity can be seen in four different ways: peripheral neuropathy, autonomic neuropathy, cranial nerve paralysis and encephalopathy. We present a case of a 13 year old girl who developed partial intestinal obstruction after vincristine treatment with a diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma. In our case; Six days after the second vincristine dose in the second course of BEACOPP therapy, abdominal distension developed with abdominal pain. Bowel sounds normo and defense were available. Air liquid levels were detected in the direct abdominal graph on the foot. Ultrasonography of the abdomen revealed intense fluid, distension, and marked reduction in peristalsis in all intestinal anus. The patient was thought to be due to autonomic neurotoxic side effects of vincristine. Pridostigmine Bromide (Mestinon: 3 mg / kg /day, 2 doses, oral) and Pridoxin (B6: 150 mg / m2 / day, single dose, oral) were initiated in the patient. On the 2nd day of treatment, there was an increase in the intestinal sounds and a decrease in the abdominal distension. As a result, we wanted to emphasize that partial intestinal obstruction as a result of neuropathy caused by vincristine can be treated with pridostigmine and pyridoxine without any side effects.
