GAIA Service Catalog: A Framework for the Construction of IT Service Catalogs

Abstract

The high amount of IT services offered to organizations for boosting and maintaining their business goals makes it difficult to determine the quantity, description and the attributes of these services. This paper presents a framework to support the construction of IT Service Catalogs. The framework consists of a diagnostic assessment questionnaire, a maturity model and a set of services that guide the organization in the construction of an IT Service Catalog.
