Abstract

They can be responsibles other participants under legal provision and it had to be admitted in this regard the criteria of ¿limited accessory¿. The legal norms that list series of subjects as responsibles of the infractions can only be acceptable to the extent that they reduce the ambit of responsibles among those that had engaged in a fault that contributed to the infraction.
