Nursing of a stroke patient with shoulder-hand syndrome treated by ultrasound-pharmaceutical transdermal therapy combined with acupoint application (超声药物透入治疗联合穴位贴敷改善1例中风患者肩手综合征的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing a stroke patient with shoulder-hand syndrome treated by ultrasound-pharmaceutical transdermal therapy combined with acupoint application. Based on the assessment on muscle strength and activity of daily living, the ultrasound-pharmaceutical transdermal therapy combined with acupoint application were used to relieve the clinical symptoms and improve upper limb motor function and shoulder joint function of the patients. In addition, nursing interventions on daily life, diet, rehabilitation exercise and emotion regualtion were carried out to improve the body function and quality of life during treatement. (本文总结超声药物透入治疗联合穴位贴敷改善1例中风患者肩手综合征的护理体会。在完善肌力、日常生活活动能力评估的基础上, 开展超声药物透入治疗联合穴位贴敷, 配合生活护理、饮食护理、康复护理及情志护理, 旨在缓解临床症状, 提高患者上肢运动功能及肩关节功能, 提高机体功能和生活质量, 改善预后。)
