Abstract

In this special edition of APORIA: The Nursing Journal, Dr. Patrick O’Byrne and Dr. Marilou Gagnon, two professors from the University of Ottawa’s School of Nursing, outline, present, and discuss a recent project, which sought to better understand the ramifications of the current context of criminal prosecutions for nondisclosure of HIV status on nursing practice, whether in the treatment, prevention, or public health domains.
