Application of individualized health education in intestinal preparation before colonoscopy (个性化健康教育在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用)

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized health education in intestinal preparation before colonoscopy. Methods A total of 1048 patients underwent colonoscopy were divided into two groups according to admission sequence: 520 cases with admission date from May to June 2020 in the control group, 528 cases with admission date from July to August 2020 in the observation group. The control group received health education before routine colonoscopy. The observation group was given targeted and individualized health education. The quality of intestinal preparation and patient satisfaction were measured and compared between two groups. Results The qualified rate of intestinal preparation and patient satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 05 ) . Conclusion The individualized health education before colonoscopy can improve the cleanliness of intestinal preparation and patient satisfaction. (目的 探讨个性化健康教育在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法 将2020年5月—6月行结肠镜检查的520例患者设为对照组, 将7月-8月检查的528例患者设为观察组。对照组行常规健康宣教, 观察组在对照组基础上开展个性化健康宣教。观察2组肠道准备质量以及患者满意度。结果 观察组肠道准备合格率和患者满意度均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 结肠镜检查前开展个性化的健康宣教, 可提高患者肠道准备质量度及患者满意度。)
