Correlation between drug resistance and basic indicators of homeostasis at development of side effects at the patients treated under program DOTS-Plus

Abstract

At treatment of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis of lungs according schemes of the program DOTS-Plus was noted development different side reactions from organs and systems. We study influence of quantity indicator of drug resistance M. Tuberculosis and homeostasis’s parameters on character of side effects at 101 inhospital patients during course of treatment. Received data were subjected to statistical processing at program Statistica 6.0 for Windows.
