ABSTRACT Retrograde intussusception may occur following Roux‐en‐Y gastric bypass surgery with a variety of presentations including colicky abdominal pain, constipation, and vomiting. A rare manifestation of this complication is upper gastrointestinal bleeding (hematemesis) which can cause misdiagnosis.
