This paper reviewed the studies on peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)-associated thrombosis in cancer patients, and briefly discussed the period of high incidence of thrombosis, clinical features, risk factors and nursing interventions. Related evaluation analysis was carried out to provide reference for the prevention of control of PICC- associated thrombosis in cancer patients. (本文通过对肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)相关性血栓现状的回顾, 对PICC相关性血栓形成的高发时间、临床表现、危险因素及护理干预进行阐述, 通过对肿瘤患者PICC相关性血栓的评估分析, 以期为预防和控制高危人群发生PICC相关性血栓提供科学有效的依据。)
