Bladder perforation is due to trauma or iatrogenic reasons in urology practice. In this article, we present the diagnosis and treatment of a male patient with nonspecific abdominal pain and oliguria. Diagnosis and differential diagnosis and treatment of bladder perforations were evaluated in the light of current literature. In this case report, it was emphasized that bladder perforation may spontaneously develop and early recognition is life saving.
