Abstract

Reasonable operation of medical entities within the healthcare system should be a primary objective of all contributors. However not everybody follows this rule. My coverage focuses on first effects of transformations of legal status in hospitals and tries to evaluate those decisions and results of transformation. Local government (the founding body, owner, supervisor and verifier of hospital's activity) is the main figure here.
