The components of the military managment of the great prophet from the prespective of the Holy Quran and it’s implications of the contemporary world

Abstract

Objective: Today, the success of institutions and organizations largely depends on the efficiency and effectiveness of management. Management models that are connected to Islamic teachings will be very effective. Just as the Holy Prophet is considered a good example for believers and perhaps for all human beings, he is also a good model in the military aspect, but so far the components of the military management of the Prophet have not been identified and its implications for the contemporary world have not been analyzed. This research seeks to identify the indicators of the military management of the Holy Prophet from the perspective of the Holy Quran and explain its implications for the contemporary world.Methodology: Thedata collection tools are documents and library studies, and the research method is descriptive. In line with the research questions, some Shia and Sunni commentary books on the Holy Quran have been examined.Findings: The findings showed that the Qur'anic components of the Prophet's military management include: the divine motive of Jihad; Encouragement to jihad; Observance of justice and equality; field presence in wars and battle scenes; Patience stability and resistance; simple living and socializing; order, discipline and supervision; It is remembrance and worship.Originality: The findings showed that the Qur'anic components of the Prophet's military management include: the divine motive of Jihad; Encouragement to jihad; Observance of justice and equality; field presence in wars and battle scenes; Patience stability and resistance; simple living and socializing; order, discipline and supervision; It is remembrance and worship.
