INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL OF THE REGION IN CONDITIONS OF INFORMATION INTEGRATION

Abstract

This paper is devoted to the assessmentof intellectual potential in the SiberianFederal District on the structure and dynamics, identifying factors that have amajor influence on his development interms of integration of regions into a singleinformation space.The study verified the category of intellectual potential of the intellectual potentialof the region, an assessment componentof the intellectual potential, studied factorsof formation and development of the intellectual potential of the SFO, the estimationof the level of intellectual capacity, were calculated and comparative analysis of thedevelopment of the intellectual potentialof the SFO.
