Ectopic pregnancy of the fundal myometrium in a patient with tuberous sclerosis

Abstract

Abstract A myometrial ectopic pregnancy is a rare and potentially fatal diagnosis. This diagnosis should be considered when presented with large increases in serum beta‐hCG with no evidence of an intrauterine pregnancy, particularly with altered myometrium.
