Design and Storytelling: spaces for food ----- Abstract --- The food culture has always been one of the cornerstones of the identity of the places that is built in the connection between local resources and knowledge and the contamination that derives from the comparison with otherness. Food is for a traveler the key to access to cultures and discover the places where food is consumed means discover the cities and its soul. Today the relationship between food and city is at the center of the cultural debate on the evolution of the Smart Cities. The encounter between Narrative Design and food can generate phenomena of revitalization of urban centers and be the basis of the identity reconstruction of our cities.
