Green approach for the synthesis of some new α, β-unsaturated ketimines under water suspension

Abstract

An environmentally benign and efficient synthesis of some a,ß-unsaturated ketimines from new 2-hydroxychalcone and different aromatic amines under water suspension. The remarkable advantages offered by this method are environmentally friendly, short reaction times, non-hazardous, simple work-up procedure and good to excellent yields of products.
