JUMLAH PRODUKSI TENUN SARUNG GOYOR DI PERKIRAKAN DARI TENAGA KERJA, MODAL DAN KEMAMPUAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research aimed to determine : (1) the influence of labor and capital over entrepreneurship skill, (2) the influence of labor, capital and entrepreneurship skill over production total, (3) the influence of labor and capital overproduction total with entrepreneurship skill.This research used the tenun sarung goyor craftsmen in Wanarejan Utara Village to the amount of 197 craftsmen as the population and the sample was 67 craftsmen using proportional random sampling. The instrument for collecting data was questionnaire method. Data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, t-test, path analysis, and Sobel test.The result of research showed that a descriptive analysis of entrepreneurship skill is categorized well. The result of hypothesis test shown that there is a positive and significant impact of labor over entrepreneurship skill was 20,52%. There is a positive and significant impact of capital on entrepreneurship skill was 11,29%. There is a positive and significant impact of labor on production total was 5,76% and total influence was 18,76%. There is a positive and significant impact on capital overproduction total was 24,80% and total influence was 34,44%. There is a positive and significant impact for entrepreneurship skill over production total was 8,24%. Entrepreneurship skill significantly contributes as intervening in the influence of labor and capital overproduction total.
