This article is scope address public policy advocacy and protection of refugee children in Brazil as a way to include the Brazilian society as well as the possible need to create new policies and / or its improvement, given the social and even economic consequences arising from the actions and omissions of the Government, since the number of refugees or applicants from different parts of the globe has shifted towards the Brazilian territory, whether as a result of persecution for various reasons, whether due to armed conflict has grown significantly in recent years. Among the large number of migrants in refugee status or may request haven status refugee is a number also growing children, whether with or without a higher-old charge.
