Abstract
El presente ensayo, extracto del contenido de la tesis titulada El Manifiesto Literario en Venezuela: antecedentes de la vanguardia artística e ideológica de los años sesenta, es un estudio, desde la perspectiva psicológica, de la novela País Portátil de Adriano González León. Esta obra, representativa de los años sesenta, incorpora al discurso literario una nueva manera de codificar el texto narrativo y darle una expresión que trasciende sus aspectos formales para vincular sus significados virtuales con el pasado histórico. Asimismo, País Portátil integra a través de dos historias que se unen y expresan situaciones particulares del venezolano. Surge en una época en la cual se desarrollan en hispanoamérica diferentes corrientes literarias que se incorporan al texto. La novela refleja, estéticamente, un período de crisis y en este sentido se vincula con el manifiesto a través del eje de protesta, lo cual en la obra se expresa como dislocación, fragmentación y repeticiones que evocan los conflictos de índole social.This essay is a summary of an analysis of the novel "País Portátil" by Adriano González León from a sociological perspective. The analysis forms part of a thesis entitled: "Antecedentes de la Vanguardia Artística e ideológica de los años 60". This literary work is representative of Venezuelan literature of the sixties. It synthesizes theme and style and incorporates into the literary discourse a new way of decoding the narrative text to give it an expresion that goes beyond the formal aspects, linking its virtual meaning to the historical past. Similarly, the novel presents two stories that together show typical venezuelan characteristics. The novel was written at a time in wich different literary ideas were being eveloped and incorporate into the text in the Latin American novel, the majority of these techniques are of European influence. It also reflects a period of crisis, which was expressed through protest, which is described in the novel as dislocation and fragmentation repeatedly showing social conflict.
