The reflections presented here have as object of analysis the Institutional Program of Initiation to Teaching (PIBID), of Tocantins Federal University (UFT). In a more restricted dimension, it focuses attention on the experience of the Pedagogy Subproject of the Campus of Tocantinópolis, from August 2018 to January 2020. The considerations presented here come from our experience ahead of the coordination of theprogramand it starts from the comprehension of the university as na institution that promotes knowledge and has a fundamental role in the human and political developing of the subjects.
