Nursing of a patient with herpes zoster on the face and forehead treated with fire needle combined with wet compress therapy (火针联合湿敷治疗头面部蛇串疮1例护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized nursing management for a patient with herpes zoster on the face and forehead treated with fire needle combined with wet compress therapy. Based on the assessment of skin condition and syndrome differentiation, the fire needle therapy combined with wet compress using gauze soaked with gentamicin was carried out in addition to drug therapy. Comprehensive nursing interventions including skin care, guidance on activity of daily living, prevention of pressure injuries, dietary intervention, emotion regulation and education on medication were provided. The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and systematic nursing interventions are effective to relieve the pain caused by herpes zoster, reduce the incidence of infection, and improve patient comfort and quality of life during the treatment. (本文总结火针联合湿敷治疗1例头面部蛇串疮患者的护理经验。在常规药物治疗的基础上, 结合患者皮疹部位及辨证结果, 实施火针联合庆大霉素盐水纱布湿敷干预。同时, 开展皮肤护理, 保持患处清洁干燥; 指导生活起居, 避免患侧受压; 调整饮食, 忌辛辣刺激; 缓解情志焦虑, 确保用药规范。通过系统干预, 有效促进患者疱疹消退, 减轻疼痛, 预防感染, 对提升患者舒适度与生活质量起到积极作用。)
