Protección a la infancia y educacion en Castilla y León (1900-1930)

Abstract

RESUMEN: El estudio que se presenta aborda las relaciones entre educación y protección de la infancia en Castilla y León en la baja restauración. Analizamos un conjunto de iniciativas institucionales que surgen en la sociedad y que tienen protección y apoyo administrativo del Estado. Pretenden unir la protección material (alimentos, vestidos, atención hospitalaria, prevención de enfermedades, etc.) y la moral (educación e instrucción) y por tanto deben ser interpretadas como apoyo a la escolarización obligatoria.ABSTRACT: This study is about the relations between the education and protection of childhood in the región of Castilla y León in the restauration period. We think about a group of institutional initiatives that they emerge of social structure and that they are rested on the State. These initiatives try to combine the material protection (food, clothes, etc.) and the moral attention (education and instruction) and that them may be to understand as support in the compulsory schooling.
