Right atrial mass‐multimodality imaging—Massive lipomatous hypertrophy of the atrial septum

Abstract

Abstract Asymptomatic cardiac masses are often diagnosed incidentally. Massive lipomatous hypertrophy can be confused for other cardiac masses and need careful evaluation including multimodality imaging to manage appropriately.
