The study aims to identify the nature of Islamic finance, and we dealt with the most important financing formulas and products offered by Islamic banks as an alternative to traditional finance, and to highlight the relationship between inflation and Islamic banking finance with reference to the case of Algeria. The study concluded that there is a development in the volume of finance provided by Islamic banks in Algeria, in parallel with the growth in the volume of deposits, and the problem of inflation is affected by several factors, including the volume of Islamic banking finance, but at weak rates. Inflation is caused by structural imbalances, including dependence on fuel, and high production costs. In addition to the expansion of public spending during periods of high oil prices.
