Abstract High‐dose‐rate interstitial brachytherapy (HDR‐ISBT) achieved excellent local control of the bulky sebaceous carcinoma of the eyelid. However, we must pay attention to dose of eyelid and cornea about late toxicity of HDR‐ISBT.
