Association of recalcitrant scabies infestation and bullous pemphigoid in an infant

Dear Editor, In adults, bullous pemphigoid (BP) has been described in association with scabies. We here describe an infant with recalcitrant scabies who developed generalized BP as confirmed by serological and immunofluorescence studies.
