There were investigated the spectra of carboxylesterases isoforms of Ganoderma lucidum (Сurtis) P. Karst fruit bodies and cultivation mycelium from the substrates composition with oats and barley using the method of alkaline preliminary electrophoretic differentiation in polyacrylamide gel. The effect of pH of extractant in the expressive forms of the enzyme have been determined. Depending on the version of the experiment on electrophoregramme numbered from 2 to 9 isoforms. Const forms, which were determined in all the variants were two forms with Rf 0,380 and 0,510.
