The Livings on the Front and Their Effects to Anatolia During The Sarıkamış Operation

Sarıkamış operation was one of the most discussed attack in the World War I, as planned time and military strateji techniques. In this study, the effects of Sarıkamış operation, planned by Enver Pasha and his team between 22th December of 1914 and 5th January 1915, and interesting events experienced by the soldiers in the fronts have been analyzed. The memories of commanders, soldiers and doctors, taking part in Sarıkamış operation, generate a diverse literature in this subject. Memories generate the majority of this study that we benefit partly from Ottoman archive documents. We completed the study with the opinion that quoting the interesting events that we encountered in memories and lived in the fronts, to the text without breaking originality.
