This note outlines the issues of the "Use wear and Men" project : this interdisciplinary research project deals with the acquisition and processing of plant and animal resources during Middle Palaeolithic in western Europe. It summarizes the various experiments carried out between 2007 and 2009 and the preliminary results obtained in each of the developed topics.
