POLITIK HUKUM: REFORMULASI GARIS-GARIS BESAR HALUAN NEGARA (GBHN) DALAM SISTEM KETATANEGARAAN INDONESIA

Abstract

The emergence of discourse reviving GBHN or in standard terms is known as the reformulation of the national development planning system with the GBHN model derived from the recommendations of the Republic of Indonesia MPR for the 2009-2014 period. The emergence of the discourse of reviving GBHN seen in the perspective of legal politics is a difficult choice because it will deal with a number of pre-existing MPR policies through the 1945 constitution amendments to the Republic of Indonesia. This writing method using this type of research is doctrinal (doctrinal) or normative, which examines law as the norm. The results of the discussion that if the desire to revive GBHN in the Indonesian constitutional system must have a consensus that must be carried out before the MPR steps in the process of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
