3D image reconstruction of spinning cone-shaped target
Abstract
By taking full advantage of the similarity of the two-dimensional (2D) imaging result with the target's mapping on the 2D imaging plane, this paper proposes a 3D image reconstruction method for spinning cone-shaped targets, which obtains the true 3D scattering centre distribution without image scaling and scattering centre trajectory. First, the mapping formulas for projecting the spatial point onto the imaging plane are derived. Then the 3D image reconstruction method is presented. With the proposed method, the 3D image reconstruction of spinning cone-shaped target can be implemented effectively. Numeric simulations have proved the validity of the proposed method.
