Abdominal computer tomography revealed no abnormalities, suggesting psoriasis with herpes zoster and Wolf’s isotopic response to the pseudohernia of the abdominal wall. Keywords: herpes zoster, psoriasis, Wolf’s isotopic response, abdominal wall pseudo-inguinal hernia
