Sources of Law: Approach in the Light of Disciplinary Process Right

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the sources of law that has an correlation with the disciplinary procedural law, especially when you realize the reverberation of principles inflows and axiological values arising from the constitution that procedural species. Calls that outline the sources of law that are related to this kind of administrative process, translates into significant challenge, insofar as its structure, especially in the new constitutional order (post- positivist) allows, starting from the look and constitutional filter, define more precisely the height, feature and densification in the context of the Brazilian legal system, enabling better framing of disciplinary procedural legal relationship.
