Learning with a scientific approach is one of the efforts that needs to be continuously developed. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out guidance on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study is to improve the competence of teachers to compile integrated thematic rpp with a scientific approach through continuous guidance. This research method is Action Research with the Stepen Kemnis model, Practical Work Strategy with Continuous Guidance Technique, designed in 2 (two) cycles. The results of the study proved an increase in the motivation and competence of teacher teachers in compiling Integrated Thematic Lesson Plans with a Scientific approach, namely the group of low-grade teachers increased from 77.6% in cycle 1 to 88.8% in cycle 2, the group of high-grade teachers increased from 79.9% in cycle 1 to 87.7% in cycle 2. The conclusion is that continuous guidance can increase teacher motivation and competence in compiling integrated thematic rpp with a scientific approach.
