The Role of Credit Institutions in Financial Support of Innovation in Conditions of Development of Knowledge Economy Роль кредитных организаций в финансовом обеспечении инновационной деяльности в условиях развития экономики знаний
Abstract
Knowledge in association with the social capital becomes the key factor of creation of competitive advantages, the main source of well-being of a society. In economy, based on knowledge, the side between fundamental and applied researches, between a science and technologies becomes more and more shaky, and innovations and knowledge are defining factors on which the sustainable development economy any state is based. One of conditions realizations of such process is obligatory presence of sufficient level of financial maintenance. Therefore an actual problem in the conditions of development economy knowledge is the increase in a role of the credit organizations in financing of innovative activity.Знания совместно с социальным капиталом становятся ключевым фактором создания конкурентных преимуществ, главным источником благополучия общества. В экономике, основанной на знаниях, грань между фундаментальными и прикладными исследованиями, между наукой и технологиями становится все более шаткой, а инновации и знания являются определяющими факторами, на которых базируется устойчивое развитие экономики любого государства. Одним из условий эффективной реализации такого процесса является обязательное наличие достаточного уровня финансового обеспечения. поэтому актуальной задачей в условиях развития экономики знаний является увеличение роли кредитных организаций в финансировании инновационной деятельности.
