Motivation is the process of directing the behavior of people in an organization in such way that employees can meet their own needs while at the same time accomplishing the goals of the organization. People join organizations primarily expecting benefits for themselves, but this actually turns out to be the integration of company goals and individual motives. Business performance is typically seen as accomplishments of an organization in terms of the set objectives, which implies the involvement of individuals and teams towards the said objectives. Job satisfaction is a result of employees' perception of the extent to which their job allows them to accomplish things which they consider as important. The importance of job satisfaction highlights the positive correlation with the life satisfaction and the impact of satisfaction on personal, social and professional life. Only satisfied employees can make significant professional accomplishments, and therefore employers should use the adequate positive motivation which leads to satisfactory business results for the organization as a whole.
