Nursing management of secondary toxic epidermal necrolysis after PD-1 monoclonal antibody treatment in a patient with primary liver cancer (原发性肝癌PD-1单抗治疗后继发中毒性表皮坏死松解症1例护理体会)
Abstract
This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with skin lesion caused by toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) after treatment of primary liver cancer with PD-1 antibot-targeted drugs. The nursing issues were as follows: Comprehensive evaluation and medical examination after hospital admission, multidisciplinary participation in the formulation of diagnosis and treatment and nursing plans, protective isolation during hospitalization, skin and mucous membrane care, nutritional support, systematic psychological care, prevention of complications, and health education before discharge. After active treatment and meticulous care, the patient's condition was controlled, all skin lesions healed, and no sequelae occurred. (本文总结1例原发性肝癌患者行PD-1单抗药物治疗后继发中毒性表皮坏死松解症(TEN)的护理经验。患者入院后积极完善评估和检查, 组建多学科诊疗团队, 实施包括保护性隔离、科学清创换药、个体化营养支持、系统化心理干预、并发症预防、出院宣教等综合措施, 最终使患者皮损显著改善, 病情得到有效控制。)
