SOME ASPECTS OF AGRICULTURAL REFORMS IN 1990S - EARLY 2000S (THE CASE OF WESTERN SIBERIA)

Abstract

The article analyses the financial and economic situation in Western Siberia agricultural industry in the 1990s - early 2000s. The authors consider the key factors which caused the crisis in the agricultural sector of the region in the process of its drastic reforming at that time.
