[Purpose/significance]In order to explore how the governance mechanism of the enterprise virtual community platform affects users' different knowledge contribution behaviors (participation, evaluation and creation contribution behavior) by acting on user perception, this study introduces perceived value and perceived trust as intermediate variables to build an impact model of the enterprise virtual community platform governance mechanism on different knowledge contribution behaviors.[Method/process]A questionnaire survey was used to collect 247 valid data for empirical analysis.[Result/conclusion]Perceived value and perceived trust positively affect knowledge contribution behavior; perceived value plays a certain intermediary role between promoted governance mechanism and knowledge contribution behavior, and perceived trust plays between promoted and constrained governance mechanism and knowledge contribution behavior Certain intermediary role; different governance mechanisms have certain differences in the mechanism of knowledge contribution behavior.
